The Face Behind the Name
Hi, I am Kayla Condrey, the mind behind the name "Koleil." I chose this name a few years back when I was beginning my music journey, as I deeply desired a stage name. I still love the name, and it means a lot to me. When I thought to start this blog, I knew I had to use my beloved stage name.
Who I Am
I'm a college student located in Central Louisiana, but Northeast Louisiana is the place I call home. I've been involved in the arts all my life, and I have a heart for all things creative, messy, and unique. Just to list off how much of a busy body I am, I'm a singer/songwriter, photographer, film maker, actress, and writer of all forms (poetry, short stories, editorial pieces, etc).
Why Start Koleil?
I love discovering new places and befriending small artists. I wanted to start a space where I can uplift the artists in my community and my state.
